The Rehbands look sick bro! I like your EliteFTS shorts too. Disregard the overpriced $80 Rehband shorts.
But the lifting and music is more motivating. I'm amped good choice for a background music too. I still play 'Til I collapse numerous times to this day while lifting especially if I need the extra boost.
LOL just keep grinding pare you'll get there.

Versa Grips are awesome. I used them too. There's 2 different ones.. regular and pro version. Pro version has longer strap so I think its better.
But I don't use them as gloves, just as straps for pulling. Using just wrist wraps for pushing right now, though I have gloves too. Once I started using only wristwraps, gloves feel so thick and give no feeling when holding the bar. And then I use liquid chalk (real chalk not allowed) on my hands and put it on the bar too. Feels really good like that.My vids

I just compared my measurements with the chart from here.
http://impulseadventure.com/weights/ideal.html
I'm actually kinda surprised at the results cause I was expecting legs to be severely lacking since I've only been working them 3 months, and maybe arms to be lagging, since I don't work arms directly at all.
But assuming arm measurement means flexed arms, I'm bigger than the chart which is really surprising. My waist is too big right now cause I just ate dinner, and I have some belly fat to cut too though. So was expected.
But everything else, including thigh and calf were just a hair below what it says they should measure for me to be proportional. My vids

Sounds good I may need to give them a try soon but I want to work on my grip strength for another month or so. Fat grippz are definately making a difference in my grip strength even tho I had to drop a lot of weight when doing alot of my pulling movements. My forearms are getting veiny and growing faster than the rest of my body due to them so I'm pretty happy.

So I went to Chiropractor early this morning cause I pinched my sciatic nerve yesterday doing deads. I wasn't even going heavy just 225lbs. I rested for a few min afterwards and continued and got up to 315lbs doing 5x5's. So anyways Chiropractor told me to stop lifting heavy so I disregarded his advice and went to go do squats today cause it's leg day. I did 375 but since it was smith machine it's really like 335lbs. I'm actually really liking squats again just cause I can do them now with good form and I can actually begin to see the cuts and the tear drops forming. YEAH BUDDY!

So I upped my calories last week again to 3000-3200 calories hoping to start a lean bulk while still trying to get well defined abs. I know I'm definitely growing after measurements and I know I'm getting more cut when I look in the mirror but when I weighed myself today I had lost a pound haha.

Makes me think that chart is useless now cause I think you just started working on legs too and you're bigger than whatt the chart recommends too. I've only really been working legs since Oct, so we both can't have legs bigger than proportion.
At least I know that even if I slack on legs now, I'm not really out of proportion. My vids

Sup fellas, tired as hell. Climbed a mountain yesterday in snow and then did a quick chest routine. Hoping to make the gym a little later before the Pats game.

OK...maybe I'm the only leg slacker then. :P But I really did have an injury and kept rehurting it over and over. So these 3 months is the longest I've continuously worked legs in a really long time now.
I tried out the squat shoes today. It feels so stable. Feels like my feet are so planted compared to before with either my flat sole Puma drivers or Nike running shoes. And with that slight heel height, the bottom of the ass to grass seems to feel alot more stable too. So I really like squatting with them on.
But I admit I feel weak cause I use alot less weight going deep than other people doing their above parallel reps. It shouldn't bother me, but I'm starting to feel self conscious and its making me feel like giving up ATG and just going parallel so I can use more weight.
Chicago still hasn't really had any snow. Last week was in the mid 40s again, but this week its dropping to under 20deg again. I was hoping we were getting early Spring this year, but guess not.

Here's where I am after a week or so of dieting. I'm currently ~167lbs I think, but hoping to stay at least 160lb and lean. I have a feeling I'll hit 155lb at end of cut, but then once I start eating again and the water weight and glycogen come back, I'll be at 160 after a week or 2.

Jump on the chin up bar, taking position, let the gravity pulling you down and off the bar.. Meanwhile move your neck front and back, with controlled motion. It trains your grip as well.
