always wondered if its easier for tall guys to have bigger arms in inches or shorter guys, i know its either your arms are big in inches and look smaller or they look big but are smaller in inches

if you are an experience lifter, which it appears you are you probably want to change your split into something like this
mon-bis
tues-chest/tris
wed-legs (hamstring work)
thur-back
fri-shoulders
sat-legs (quad work)
sun-optional off
abs every other or third day with weighted exercises
lot of ppl throw in bis in with or at the end of back which leads to the decrease in the ability to tear fibers in one or the other. using the above split will allow you to tear your bis/back to shreds on separate days leading to more growth in both. my next "cycle" split for lack of a better term i am going to throw back/bis together while splitting up chest/tris into their own days. the reason for this is that compound movements will suffer with the partitioning of muscle groups into different days, but when split cycling you are able to increase size for the "partitioned" cycle and build compound movement strength in the "grouping" cycle. simply switch from a partition bi/back and grouping chest tris to a grouping back/bis and a partition chest/tris every month/6 weeks/whatever feels right.
on a similar note, having an "arms" day may feel great as you have a pump and arms look insane, you will not be able to hit both with the force you would be able to if you were to split them up

guarantee if you use this you will start to see results. lot of ppl are probably stuck with a current split like i was without even thinking about switching it up.

edit- also focus on negative reps without overexaggerating if you want to stimulate the muscle more. dont be afraid to cheat within reason. couple of cheat reps at the end of barbell curls and your bis will be screamingI don't want put all my eggs in one basket, but I'd put all my eggs in her basket nomsayin.
