do both, but take importance of measuring unflexed cold, that's your natural size is it not? Measuring flexed gives inconsistency, you can definitely flex a bicep more than you can flex your calves. And generally they should be the same size if you want correct proportions. If you're in a bodybuilding contest or stuff like that, measure cold flexed, but just in general measure naturally cold unflexed, preferably in the morning when you wake up.

not to be rude but,
you made a thread in the teen forum -- and most teens have only been lifting for a short amount of time, thus you shouldnt expect anything else.
Furthermore, your only 18 and 140lbs with a fair amount of bf% so this leads me to believe you're new to the game as well.
Youngkid was perfectly correct by saying people use their cold flex as their stats. But for personal use people generally like to know what they are cold flexed, unflexed and pumped.

Haha don't worry, what teen actually looks in the forums when they got a question? haha okay quite a bit, but that's not the point lol.
Generally, but there are a lot of people out there that like to be nerds, or just get head ahead of everyone and do some research on their own time, I'm one of those people, especially if they already know what they want to be their older.Follow my Workout log-http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=156251783

My original comment stemmed from him talking about how one of the other posters wasnt reliable due to age. I then explained how he looks relatively new to the game, at no point did i make fun of his accomplishments, i simply stated that he wasnt 7.5% (which ironically an "experienced" forum goer would know).
Either way its all good, no hating.
