i am about going to the test booster cycle with the recent 50% off sale on the AI products.
just got a question, we all know that having a sex or masterbation will lower your test, even though it will get back to normal later on, but still lowering.
So during my test booster cycle, should i stop having sex or masterbation, or even make it less?

it's usually a good idea and can also boost your test levels to do it 1-2 times per week.

Just don't do it before you hit the gym. When I used to have sex before going to the gym I would feel a little lethargic and my workouts weren't really that great.
