I use it.. it works. But I also use coconut butter and olive oil depending on what I'm cooking.
Learning something new here every single day... and I'm still not sure if I understand : /

its bs imo, it says it has 0 calories per like .00000000000000000000015g of that crap, and they're only allowed to write 0 because it has like less than 1 calorie, but actually when spraying it u use a decent amount which adds up to be pretty much exactly like any other oil.
