i agree, when i first started to "lift" i had no idea what i was doing (i probably still dont) i would just go to my school gym, i used to run track before weight lifting and was on and off in the gym. I have moved toward "bodybuilding"/Heavy lifting only in the last three months
how long has it taken you to reach your 295 squat if you dont mind me asking
