Props to you. Most 15 yr olds stay 130lbs because they think they looked jacked. You'll look beast in a year.

strong 1st post. you defintly added a lot of mass during tht time period but tbh, the progress could have been a lot better for 3 years of training. looks like you should cut a bit now

Excellent job! i have a 73" reach at 5'11, as i said, i personally have been having a difficult time building chest strength, but i look to improve always, and again good job with your bench

if you trim down some of the body fat you'll be fuarkin jacked for sure. looks like you have the potential for an 8 pack from the first picture. good progress brah hopefully i stay committed for three years too.

i agree, when i first started to "lift" i had no idea what i was doing (i probably still dont) i would just go to my school gym, i used to run track before weight lifting and was on and off in the gym. I have moved toward "bodybuilding"/Heavy lifting only in the last three months
how long has it taken you to reach your 295 squat if you dont mind me asking
