Well I am 15.5 year old, absolutely skinny fat, have very thin wrists, and no muscle. On top of that I have some mild scoliosis (10 degrees) .
I am 140lbs and 6 feet (at least im tall!).
In order to enhance my aesthetics, and my strength I would like to go to the gym. My friends instructed me to stay away from the bench press until i get stronger.
What do you suggest? What I should tell to the gym people there?

TwinMuscleWorkout. Hodge twins. Look them up on YouTube, they give ALLOT of good advice on starting out, and good workout routines for us hard gainers. But, here are the basics. Find a workout routine that gives each muscle !48 to 72 hours of rest!, make sure to eat plenty of protein and healthy carbs,(Find out how much exactly) and make your workouts intense! You'll put on some muscle, Creatine is also optional.
Goodluck.

Trust me, none of us here are masters. There are a small handful of people on this entire site that you could consider a "master"
There are those in the teen section that are very knowlegable and experienced, but I can only think of a couple of "masters"I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. Philippians 4:13
Jesus is my Savior. I am proud to call myself a Christian
