I have been reading about, and experiencing great gains ever since i started buying and supplementing l-leucine powder. I also take scivation xtend intra-workoout and also drink it on days i am not training. currently i just take a 5-gram serving of Leucine in the morning, and post workout, but i was wondering if it would be beneficial to add some to my scivation xtend during training and my days off. you know, just take a few spoonfuls from my tub of l-leucine and mix it in my scivation xtend tub. any thoughts?

You can, if you are on a high protein diet it wont make a difference.

hey there good looking, I started using powershock after having it sitting around for like a year in my supp storage room (yes i have a full room of unopened and partially used supps lol). Absolutely loving the grape flavor, the profile and the pumps... plus I remember the price point being rather attractive.
