So there was some good and bad today. Re-injured my foot on the very first walk out of 335. The good is that I still crushed my squats despite the pain, that I'm sure will be worse tomorrow. More good news is that I don't have any lifts that will put pressure on the foot for at least a week, so there will be some rest time.
KB side laterals are something I learned from alberto that really target the medial delt, see video below;
