I finished my fourth cycle of 5/3/1 last Friday and decided to get back on PHAT for my summer bulk. I didn't do but maybe 10 reps worth of bicep curls during the entire four or so months of 5/3/1. I did three sets of six today for my Upper Body Power day and I feel like my skin is going to tear. Feelsgoodman.jpg
