What's hilarious is there are people in the USDA who believe that organic foods are an abomination and will be the death of the human race, spending their whole lives trying to get rid of farms and create meat and vegetables in a lab... I... I don't know if that's classified or not, but they should keep better track of their records when I'm in their building if they don't want guests reading things.
Just in reference to the whole evolution process. Our bodies suddenly can't handle foods that have kept us going for thousands of years. It's not because we're fed sawdust, it's because organic food is poison.
Also,
What the hell is wrong with you?

it doesnt really matter what you eat during waht part of the day.
of course, it is common sense that you wouldnt want ot eat 3k cals in 1 meal. calories and calories...if anything at all makes a difference, it will be so minuscule to even have an effect.
now, eaing late right before bed is bad; it does not have anything to do with gaining weight, rather, if you go to sleep on a full stomach, the chances of your cardiac sphincter dialating and allowing stomach juices to enter your eso****us greatly increases. over time, this will lead to health issues, and can get as bad as getting cancer.
do not be a pig and stuff yourself and go to bed. use common sense - something of which mostp eople do not have nowadays. people who were bred to just nod and memorize, but never question or think.

And.....I appreciate everyone's feedback in this "spirited" debate, but I think you are all taking the meal timing and what you eat waaaay to personal. I know there is a whole school of people that believe in meal timing and what and when to eat certain types of macros, and then there are the people who will eat a KFC doubledown while on a diet. I have seen buff and shredded people on both ends of the spectrum. A lot of the worlds most elite bodybuilders believe in meal timing and I really don't think they are using bro science to get that way, and a lot of guys who are much bigger and much more cut then myself don't believe in any of that...in other words (sniffle) can't we all just get along???
Follow your dreams..you CAN reach your goals..I'm living proof.....Beefcake!!! Beeefcaaake!!!!!!!

I eat the majority of my carbs right after I work out, roughly an hour before I sleep, really late at night.
Still losing weight and seeing results. Maybe I can't push AS hard in the gym(not to say I don't) but I'd prefer to cut in a way that makes me satisfied.
