Recommend fat burner to someone sensitive to caffeine.....

Is Green Tea extract with 300 plus EGCG good enough to burn fat?

I was going to couple it with Fish oil, CLA and cayenne. Would this be a good stack?

Anyone recommend anything for fat burning minus the heavy caffeine? I can handle a little, as much as green tea has but nothing more and nothing more than a cup of coffee.

    These products contain no caffeine?

I've heard good things about the alphaburn.

Everything I mentioned above, is stim-free. I believe that HEAT offers a little bit of a stim-effect, but very minor.

I'm sure a Genomyx rep can chime in and comment on this better than I can.

I am thinking about going with the Alphaburn.

I have pretty high blood pressure averaging in the 140s. Would Alphaburn effect me pretty bad?

Also, is it good enough to take on it's own? Would you stack it with something?

Primaforce makes a great green tea product. I think green tea should be a staple all year, excellent antioxidant. The health benefits alone are worth it.

For a burner, my recomendation would be Primaforce Yohimbine HCL and Alcalean (acetyl l carnitine) stacked together pre cardio. Dirt cheap but highly effective.

I wouldn't recommend Yohimbine HCl to somebody looking for stim-free/very low stim. You'll find quite a few people who have reacted very poorly to Yohimbine, with side effects including things like anxiety and strong jitters.

Yohimbine I've heard will make you crazy anxious and raise heart rate. I am already sensitive enough to stimulants and at most drink two cups of green tea.

I am looking at the alpha burn which is supposed to be like yohimbine but without the side effects. Is this true? Also, if it's anything like yohimbine, it's good on it's own right?

AlphaBurn won't cause you anxiety, in fact Rauwolfia Serpentina has properties that will reduce anxiety, and has been used to treat high blood pressure.

That's perfect. I guess this is the product for me. Is it available at the Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, etc. or only online?

Also, is it good to take on it's own without combining it with other things?

I'm not too sure about that one, you should ask a Genomyx rep. But it can be found online, it's quite cheap too which is nice. I picked up two bottles for $19 each.

Its all individual on how you react. Not everyone gets those side effects. Myself Ive never noticed anything like that and dose it very high. If you think it would bother you then opt for some of the other choices in here.

Does the green tea bother you as well? Id recommend supp form over drinks, higher concentrations of ECGC.

I've already been doing great and getting pretty toned without using any fat burners. I've just taken fish oil and green tea, and protein shakes.

But I think it's really time to get ripped. So in your opinion would alphaburn do the trick?

I was thinking about just going straight for ECGC tablets, one brand had 300 mg a pill. I was going to combine that with fish oil, cayenne, and green tea drink.

But that seems like it would take forever.

This alphaburn which is supposed to be like yohimbine sounds much better. I've heard people rave about yohimbine

Gaspari's Spirodex has really become my favorite.

Kills appetite cravings and helps kick things into gear without making me jittery or feeling creeped out like some other's I've tried.

Excellent product that I've recommended to others.

If I were just to go with the green tea extract EGCG 300mg, the CLA, cayenne, and green tea drink, would all that burn enough fat during a workout?

For cardio, I sprint and powerwalk for two hours and then swim laps for an hour.

Is it enough or does it not even compare to Alphaburn or the other products mentioned?

    Green coffee bean extract.

Also, fucoxanthan supposedly works as a stim free thermogenic. It comes from brown seaweed.

Gda's may be something to look into(slin sane, pSlin, Slintropin).

Forskolin if more concerned with body comp than scale weight.

What about lean xtreme by genomyx?

Also, the salvia ingredient in DCP, is that the same as the drug salvia? Will it just mess a person up?

Anyone recommend anything for fat burning minus the heavy caffeine? I can handle a little, as much as green tea has but nothing more and nothing more than a cup of coffee.
I find caffeine to be unnecessary when burning fat(unless you use it for energy source - personal preference). I've had so much success with non-stim fatburners by Genomyx and Lean Xtreme by Driven Sports but LX messed up with my joints which made me stop doing HIIT for a while.

So which one you recommend for a guy with slightly high blood pressure and is sensitive to caffeine?

I've noticed that most of the sites that sell DCP have it coupled with either lean xtreme or something else.

Can DCP be taken on it's own and work just fine?

Same goes for Lean Xreme. Can it work on it's own or does it need to be coupled with DCP?

I really only want to take one

I haven't learned enough about fat burners reacting to HBP. But I would go with my usual go-to fat burning stack.

    Super Saiyan:

Alphaburn + TTA Product(either DCP or LX)

    Super Saiyan 2:
    Alphaburn/HEAT + DCP + Lean Xtreme

    Super Saiyan 3:

HEAT + DCP + Lean Xtreme + Topical fat burner(very fat dependant)

    Super Saiyan 4:
HEAT + DCP + Lean Xtreme + Eviscerate Smolder/Abliderate Advanced + Slin Sane

I got great results with USPLabs's Recreate, but it does contain a small amount of caffeine. I am very sensitive to stimulants, but Recreate worked perfectly. I have a bottle of Driven Sports's Lean Xtreme on my supplement shelf ready to run for my next cut.

hmm...could be something to progressively follow over a span of time. Saiyan 1 for 2-3 weeks saiyan 2 for 2-3 weeks etc. etc.?
