i think i might have some type of anorexia after losing 100lbs. i eat healthy foods and exercise a lot. i lift weights 3-4 times a week and im trying to bulk up some and gain muscle, but im scared to eat a lot. and if i do eat a lot i feel guilty and want to go exercise. does anyone have any advice for me to get over this and be able to eat to bulk and gain muscle.

its all will power man. don't be scared to gain weight. keep thinking of your goal (gaining weight) and force yourself to eat. Just think of all the benefits (being stronger, looking better) and keep putting the food down your mouth. after all its just food, some people are forced to do much worse things. but hey again, I've never had an eating disorder so I can only imagine how what I'm saying is easier said than done.

How well do you count your calories? If you know how many you are eating now and whether you are losing/main/gain... then just add like 250 per day or maybe 500 and do it for a week... if you are exercising and eating right you'll gain more muscle than anything. If that doesn't work, honestly maybe you should see a doctor. I know people who have lost a lot of weight and do pretty much the same thing you do, and you can tell they need more nutrients in their bodies... you'll feel SO much better.
Learning something new here every single day... and I'm still not sure if I understand : /

sounds like an ED. Got push yourself over the hump. Eat at like 300 above maintenance, make sure you're getting the proper amount of fat and protein.
maybe the volume of the "healthy food" you eat is playing with your mind. maybe try drinking some calories or adding more fat dense foods to your diet and it won't seem like you're eating that much

N0useforaname is spot on. After losing 40 lbs, I was kind of in the same boat you were in. Except I was going on the 2500 calorie recommendation, which was unknowingly 500 under my maintenance when lifting hard every day.
I thought I was eating big at 2800 calories a few weeks ago, but since I went up to 3300 I feel amazing, my lifts are up, and I have gained no fat.
Take the advice from someone who's been there, eat. I'm sure your calorie needs are way higher than you think, so give it a try. If you don't like the results after a few weeks, adjust your intake.

in regards to this, your stomach may stick out/distend at first since you aren't used to eating "big", but that will stop in a week or two. Don't let it discourage you. I don't even get the stomach bloat anymore, neither does my workout partner. You'll eat, stomach will poke for 10-30 minutes, then the abs are back baby.
Just do it bro.
