I used to be one of the skinny guys. Played on the wing in rugby. I was quick, agile etc etc with tiny legs. 130 pounds ish about 2 and a half years ago. I used to be laughed at because of my twig legs but after a few months of squatting i realised I had good leg genetics.. ( except calves lols )
after 2-3 months ( summer 2010 )
full bulk for about 6 months... ( feb-march 2011 )
