Currently for flat bench I have been using BB but every month or so I will switch to DB to get some variation in my routine! I do the same for incline and decline presses as well.

I have to say goals have to be in mind when both asking and answering this question.
BB gives you those big numbers everyone wants to see. Its also an actual competition lift so to train how you fight you'd want BB.
DB allows independent motion. After an injury dumbbells range of motion and ability to work separately without the compensation makes it a clear choice. Dumbbell also can give a deeper press and better squeeze at the peak.
BOTH!!!! You can't just pick your favorite and do it constantly. Thats how plateaus come about. Alternate between the two or use both in a routine.
Personaly I did only DB after my shoulder dislocation and getting back to a bar felt awkward at first. I still use primarily DB though. Seeing a specialist this week for a check up.
