Chest
Bench press 3X12
machine Flys 3X12
incline DB press 3X12
Incline DB flys 3X12
Dips till failure
Legs
Squats 3X12 SS
leg extension 3X12 SS
Leg curls 3X12
Walking lunges 3X20
Straight leg deadlifts 3X12
Front squats 3X12
Standing calf raises 3X12
Shoulders
front raises 3X12
bent over lat raises 3X12
lat raises 3X12
shrugs 3X12
shoulder press 3X12
upright rows 3X12
Arms
Close grip bench press 4X12
Dips till failure
Kickback 4X12
rope pulldowns 4X12 SS
over head extensions 4X12
