    The workout that i am using is a 5 day split consisting of chest and abs, legs, shoulders, back and arms and abs

    Back.
    Deadlifts 3X12
    Chin ups till failure
    wide grip pulldowns 3X12 SS
    close grip pulldowns 3X12
    bent over rows 3X12 SS
    seated rows 3X12

    Chest
    Bench press 3X12
    machine Flys 3X12
    incline DB press 3X12
    Incline DB flys 3X12
    Dips till failure

    Legs
    Squats 3X12 SS
    leg extension 3X12 SS
    Leg curls 3X12
    Walking lunges 3X20
    Straight leg deadlifts 3X12
    Front squats 3X12
    Standing calf raises 3X12

    Shoulders
    front raises 3X12
    bent over lat raises 3X12
