and had success just eating right and keeping your diet under control and still losing weight/maintaining muscle?
I have sever spinal stenosis and have to take a while off from the gym, but I want to continue my weight loss journey by eating right.
If you have any tips or advice on how you did it or would go about doing it I would greatly appreciate your help in this time of need.

Not working out because of an injury sucks. But permanent damage from not taking enough time off would be worse i'd think! Weight loss is mostly made in the kitchen. So just keep your nutrition in order!

I know how you feel to some extent. Put three nails through my wrist this summer out of the gym for a month and a half. Wish I would have kept my nutrition on track but I was so drowsy on my meds that keeping my body in shape was not a priority, not falling down the stairs was.
90% of your results come from the kitchen when youre able to work out, keep your nutrition on course and you should be able to keep going with your progress. Wholesome foods and enough protein to keep from muscle loss.
All the best!

I took around 8-9 weeks off last year because of injury and holidays. (While on a cut)
I just kept my protein up and ballpark, I was worried that id lose all my gains but surprised
didn’t make that much different didn’t put any weight on.
