I've never stated that. In fact, research clearly shows that "ETH" can pop for a false positive depending on instrument/method sensitivity and quantity allotted. A more specific instrument could be used to would rule it out.

It is standard of care to perform a UDS in a seizure event. I can't imagine an institution not running one.
