I recently got back my fitness assessment from the gym and have managed to reduce my body fat percentage from 17.6% to 11.1% in about two months, while gaining 1.08kg of muscle.
I'm going to start bulking soon, and was just wondering:
1. If I'm 80kg now, how long should I bulk for and until what weight (looking for some decent size and definition)?
2. When I finish my first bulk how much body fat percentage can I lose in a month without burning muscle?
Thanks!

Really comes down to your own personal goals, are you looking to gain 10-20 lbs of lean mass? Is there a target weight that you always wanted to reach? Just make sure to adjust your calories in order to put on weight, just try to avoid putting on too much weight too quick. Also when your bulk is over and you're back into your cutting phase, just simply go into a calorie deficit and keep an eye on your weight loss every week. I generally aim for a 1lb-1.5lb loss per week, tweaking the calories every week based on my results... such as starting off cutting out 500 calories, to 600, etc.
