Ok, I reached my original goal of 165!! (165.2 to be precise) I need to cut just a tad more to get rid of the lower belly fat though. Here's a few progress pics. First was where I started back in February 2011 @ 234lbs, then September 2011 @180lbs after doing p90x and Insanity, and finally current @ 165 lbs. There are a few more in my bodyspace page:
Ignore the hospital band, just got back from my MRI. Should hear something shortly on my wrist disease.

Do all that, and you will look as good as your genes will let you, be content as the arseholes around you will allow, and maybe get a few screws. The particular virtues of weight training are in the discipline it brings to both mind and body, and, if you do it right, it will make you look good naked and do well what you got your clothes off to do." Still on the honeymoon, but I wanted to finish this out. Final weight is 198 and 15% bf according to the hotel scale, 38 pound loss. 3 pounds short of my goal, but close enough to feel successful, and motivated to keep cutting down to 10%.
