I <3 y'all. Congrats everyone...one more day. I am so proud of all of you. I can say I wish I would have made it further in my journey, but I'm glad of what I've accomplished and y'all have made the journey more fun than if I'd have been on my lonesome. Have a great summer and I hope to see y'all over in the new thread...but you can bet I'll be checkin' in on this one too.

I'm about half way to where I want to be so I'm still going strong! I going to get to ~10% before I start to bulk. I'm hoping I'll get there around 190-195lbs. My overall goal is to first cut all this fat, then slow clean bulk back to 220-230, then work like hell to cut back down and maintain at ~10% and 210-215lbs.
I'm going to post my final weight here in the morning, but I'll head on to that thread as well~DSC~

Final weight in for me is today ( not working out tomorrow) scale at 193,6
When I started 217,8
24,2 pounds lost
I really don't feel 24 pounds lighter but everyone is noticing how I lost weight and I can finally my biceps so I must be doing something right haha.
Signed up for the next comp as well.
I did 24 pounds this time around let's see if I can top it and do 30 in the next one. 30 would be sweet I'd be at a ''normal weight'' for the first time ever.
So yeah 24,2 pounds lost here, 11,1 percent of my body weight:)
Im fat and overweight, what do I do? Lift heavy and eat well.
Im skinny and need to put muscle on, what do I do? Lift heavy and eat well.
I have loose skin, how do I get rid of it? Lift heavy and eat well.
My GF cheated on me, my worlds ending what do I do? Lift heavy and eat well.
My Daughters boyfriend is a gang member who is leading her astray, what do I do? Lift heavy and eat well.
I'm 10k in debt, what do I do? You know the drill. No excuses.

not sure i'm going to be content with the weigh-in later today...i've been slacking pretty bad with calorie/macro counting. today i had a home-made cookie, 3 boiled eggs, a home-made neopolitan, and some pasta salad. only counted the eggs. hopefully not over 2400 cals but i'm going to get back on track tomorrow

Progress Pics...
Beginning of competition Weight: 180lbs
Final weight: 154lbs!!!!!
Total weight loss 26lbs!
At the beginning of this competition I was wearing my old fat clothes size XL and 38 jeans (TIGHT around the waist)
My family said I look fine, regular, whatever. I guess its because its the norm to be overweight in America. F*** that! lol
Now I'm wearing my medium sized shirts, 33" jeans. Yesterday this guy I know at the gym admitted he was gay to me and said I was handsome. And that a few a months ago I used to be thick and now I'm small and that I look handsome no matter what weight I am. Yes awkward moment was awkward. Tonight when I was working out at lifting weights I saw this girl in the elliptical checkin me out a little bit. Feelsgoodman.jpg
I'm definitely not done yet cutting so I'm in the June-August competition and probably will cut slower in that one down to 140lbs
Being in this competition definitely help me out though seeing others progress and also helped me not want to lose weight the FAST way like 5lbs a week or whatever. Thanks y'all. I thought I was gonna be fat again like high school I guess notLast edited by DefiningMoments; 06-01-2012 at 04:51 AM.

final Weigh in: 188 lbs
Well Ladies And Gents...Oh he** who am I kidding? Well, guys and gals...that's better....it's been real, it's been fun, and except for the motherfrickin' (stole it from troy on swamp people) hunger it's been real fun.
In the last 3 months I've lost 16 lbs.
I've lost 20 1/2 inches from all over my body.
I've went from 2x workout pants to L (One day I'll buy jeans and find out how many real pants sizes, but that will be later on...I'm content with sweats, yoga pants, bicycle shorts, and pjs for now.)
I've also gained a new family here on bbing......<3 y'all!

Final weigh in: 158.4 lbs.
Total weight loss is 24.6 lbs or 13.4% of my starting weight. My waist went from 36.5" to 31.5" during this comp. Thanks for the support from everyone here! I probably would have stopped cutting a long time ago when friends and family kept telling me I was getting too skinny but I'm glad I kept on it. I was carrying a lot of body fat in my before picture that I didn't know until comparing them to now. I'll post before/after pictures when I get home tonight.
It's been fun, nice job everyone!March '12 - June '12 Cut
Total loss: 24.6 lbs
June '12 - Dec '12 Bulk

congrats! You look great! I bet it was an awkward moment with that guy, but you should be really flattered....probably wasn't very easy for him to admit that to you. In any case getting admired is getting admired.
Congrats...be proud...I can tell a difference in the pics. See you in the next comp.
Congrats! sometimes if falls like that....you'll get there.
