can someone help me with macros...
alright so im currently bulking, at 200 16-17 % bf.... i want to cut to around 180 ~10% bf, gotta shed about 16 pounds of fat hopefully not loosing too much muscle in the process...
so far on my bulk to gain muscle i eat about 4000 calories a day give or take a few
what would be my macros for a cut 2800 cals, 60% protein 30% fat 10% carbs... see this is what i mean what would be a good macro for cut 60/30/10
sorry this is my first time cutting ever please help me i kno i have not a clue about cutting.
i would be cutting since the start of march until about june, this enough? do i need more time?

I suggest carb cycling 3days hi carbs 1day low. you can modify it anyway to a 6day or 7day cycle with mod carbs if you want but basically the macro split is around 45/30/25 with your hicarb being around 45-40/20-15/40 You don't want to go all no carbs unless you want to be in ketosis. eat 500below maintenance for a cut and 300under for a slow cut.It depends on genetics how long it will take i think around 4months is efficient to cut down to that size without losing much muscle.
