Actually three challenges. From what I've seen women are some of the strongest, quickest, most resilient athletes there are. I posted these challenges in the Misc and Teen Misc section and got some pretty great times so I thought the girls would like a crack at it, too!
These are 100 rep challenges and the point of them is to finish 100 repetitions as quickly as possible with as many sets as needed. Each repetition must be completely full and no kicking, kipping, etc. is allowed (just to keep a standard).

Thought you guys would have fun comparing each others times and seeing who can do this the best. I'll rep anyone who tries, I love to see people tear these challenges up!

Regarding the dips:
First off, regardless of anything, what you did in that amount of time is definitely not easy and shows you've got some a great deal of strength and endurance and.
To me an honest dip is well below parallel though!
But this whole thing is a great idea. I don't think I stand a chance in the pullups but I think I'd definitely give the dips a go at those conditions. Do you have a link to the thhread where I can submit?Last edited by Keltron; 01-16-2012 at 06:18 AM.
