6' 2" 185lbs...
Should a bulk another month or should i cut now for summer. I've lost about 40lbs before i starting clean bulking so i think for me to cut it's going to take a while. Also, i have no legs, but I plan on working those hard when i get to the weight i am looking for and don't have to do so much running in my routine.
Here is my current routine:
Day1:
20 minute HIIT
Bi, tri, delt
Day 2:
20 minute HIIT
Chest, abs, traps
Day 3:
NO HIIT
Back workout
Day 4:
either take off or 20 minute HIIT
Repeat...
I'm thinking of doing HIIT in morning and night when i start cutting, i wish i had gotten down to about 8% before i started clean bulking but oh well... any advice?
sorry about the lighting in advance

No, i haven't worked my legs because 6 months ago i weighed 230 and about 25% bodyfat and to drop the weight i hit the treadmill every day. I couldn't work my legs and do a good long run at the same time.... However, now that i have dropped the fat, I'll be hitting the legs very hard and cutting out some of the running while maintain my b/f % hopefully. at least this is what i have planned, is this a bad idea??
I hate not having legs hahaMost of us serve our ideals by fits and starts. The person who makes a success of living is the one who sees his goal steadily and aims for it unswervingly. That is dedication.
