Okay so I asked this guy at the gym the other day to spot me on my leg press, he did and then he started talking to me about a bunch of different ways to work out my legs. Most I already knew but then he said to do some leg presses with your feet turned inward and then with your feet turned outward.
kinda like this, if:
I I is normal feet position
/ \ he said to do some sets with feet like this
\ / and this
My question is is that safe? it looked like it would be dangerous for you knee and ankle joints to me.
