    Leg Press Feet Positioning

    Okay so I asked this guy at the gym the other day to spot me on my leg press, he did and then he started talking to me about a bunch of different ways to work out my legs. Most I already knew but then he said to do some leg presses with your feet turned inward and then with your feet turned outward.

    kinda like this, if:

    I I is normal feet position

    / \ he said to do some sets with feet like this

    \ / and this

    My question is is that safe? it looked like it would be dangerous for you knee and ankle joints to me.

    I don't know if / \ is safe. I would say to have your feet pointed out slightly because that feet positioning is more natural like if you were to stand up you would probably notice your feet point outwards slightly.
