There are quite a few fantastic stim-free PWO's around, unfortunately you'll need to go to another site to find some of em.

iForce Hemavol is usually rated the best, gives insane pumps. Other great ones include Neogenix Bodyforge, MAN Body Octane, Omega Ultima, and Thermolife Pump-Bol.

You can't go wrong with any of them, they're all top notch.

He is looking for one with creatine in it....but if i was you i would get hemavol+ iforce creaplex (or one of your choice)...in my opinion hemavol isthe best non stim....but dymatize does make a caffeine free version of their pre-workout...it has creatine in it, i like the stim version never tried the stim free one though

creatine mono is very cheap, which means that you can easily make a cost effective stack with hemavol + additional creatine

Hemavol is a staple of mine and then depending on how frisky I feel, I might add either a stimmed pre like White Flood/Animal Rage or another non stim like pump bol

Many people absolutely love Ultima with their favorite stim. I just started using Craze or Flashover before training and Ultima after for enhanced CNS / neurotransmitter recovery and other benefits. I love it so far and after a few 2hr sessions I think it makes a difference in a number of ways.

Isn't that a little too much B.A. to be taken at once? I know they're meant to be taken together but that's 3.2g of B.A. in one dose, I'd think that you'd get mad tingles. Then again I could be wrong, as 2g of B.A. without food doesn't effect me at all.

I was going to pickup some Body Octane but I held off since I'm already taking Purple Wraath, I didn't want to load that much B.A. into a 30 minute time period or so.

I usually take my clout about an hour PWO and then BO about 20 min PWO and I don't get any tingles. I have used different dosing times of Clout in the past and all seemed to work well for me.

Only felt the tingles of 3.6g BA for about 10 minutes, starting of my workout.

This was a while back thought, used Hemavol&Body Octane + CM2 Nitrate Caps.

I would def give hemavol a look like already mentioned; although it doesn't contain any creatine, it is very easy to add in your own monohydrate based on your preferences. Hemavol has all the top NO boosting ingredients at maxed out dosages; comes in both pills and powder depending on your preference.

How long would you guys suggest taking a break from stuns for? And can I open the caps in c-Bol and mix them in water?

Most will suggest at least 4 weeks. You could break open the caps, but the ingredients are not exactly great tasting.
