Will be leaving in about 2 hours to take a freakin 5 hour exam.
I really need some suggestions on supplements I should take, only got around 2 hours of sleep at most.. flipped around in my bed at least 10-20 times.
We get around 3-4 breaks, shortest being around 10 minutes, longest is 30.
Thinking about sipping on some Xtend during the exam. (Can't go pee while there is no break!, Probably the only downside.)
Need a caffeine supplement which I can take about twice to focus and not fall asleep during my exam.
(Will probably drink a coffee the during one of the breaks.)
(Eat like 1 OhYeah protein bar the next, and finally a subway sandwich for the 30 minute break.)
Currently own following things which contain caffeine :
Reduction AM
OEP Capsules
Fierce
Craze
Cellucor c4
White flood and Assault.
Thinking about just taking 2 scoops of Reduction.

Craze tends to give me anxiety at 1.5 scoops for some reason, 1 scoop and I feel nothing.
I do feel it's appetite suppressing feelings, a sense of being somewhat happier.
Anxiety is probably the worst feeling though.
I did about 3/4 a scoop yesterday, before a 3 hour exam, didn't feel a thing for some odd reason :/.Last edited by dragonalex; 12-10-2011 at 02:26 AM.

I would say crazy as well but if you sleep is screwed up to that extent...good luck. Just do not over do it on caffeine and crash big time half way through the test

Fell asleep for about 2 hours after I got home, amazing crash.
Nearly messed up my sleep schedule.
Overall, Craze + white flood was nice.
Kept me up for a good 7 hours with only 2-3 hours of sleep.
Will be sleeping like a baby tonight, hopefully.. !::Current Goods::

Monster low carb/rockstar low carb? They usually work for me when I need a boost, given I'm not insensitive to the caffeine from being on my pre-workout for weeks.
"OddLawnGnome: Edit: and one further question, how soon after eating post workout should I drink water? I don't want to accidentally flush all of the protein and such I just ate out of my system."
