I was gonna do 12 pm to 12 pm the next day fasting but i also have a back/bicep workout today.. what should i do?

Just tried IF for the first time having just read eat stop eat.
Did it from 8pm yesterday, to 8pm today. Then fish pie and loads of veg for tea.
Just green tea and water for the last 24hrs Oh and a small small glass of apple juice at 7pm, as I was flagging.
That's the first step I guess. Will see how it works out doing it twice a week.
One thing I am unsure is whether I should do it tomorrow, or wait a day.
