    how should i Intermittent Fast? IF.

    I was gonna do 12 pm to 12 pm the next day fasting but i also have a back/bicep workout today.. what should i do?

    thats not intermittent fasting thats fasting for a whole 24 hours.

    Just tried IF for the first time having just read eat stop eat.

    Did it from 8pm yesterday, to 8pm today. Then fish pie and loads of veg for tea.

    Just green tea and water for the last 24hrs Oh and a small small glass of apple juice at 7pm, as I was flagging.

    That's the first step I guess. Will see how it works out doing it twice a week.

    One thing I am unsure is whether I should do it tomorrow, or wait a day.

    I would honestly try doing it about 2-3 days spaced out. It's kind of rough doing it 8 PM Sunday- 8PM Monday and doing it again on wed 8PM / thurs 8PM. I could only imagine doing it just one day after.

    Yes it is, its just not the leangains method of IF. IF is just intermittent periods of fasting that are less than 36 hours, and periods of feeding.
