So 4 days ago I pulled 550 beltless for a new PR on deads, and today I went for a squat PR. my squat sucks compared to my dead numbers though. but hit 425. I actually did an easy 405 right before this.
This is only the 2nd time squating in my belt, and I also have a cheap pair of wraps I picked up at walmart on.
I know the angle on this is not the greatest but its decent for a phone.
Right after the pr I did a 20 repper with 225, just the belt this time. I only use the wraps for max lifts.
first time i've done 20 reps on squats actually.
I have never seen myself squat on video so advice is welcome.
