Great Day today.. my coach told that my box squat should be way higher than reg. squat soo i decided to up the weight it 275 was pretty easy. BUt if you are having a bench plateau you should def. try higher fequency benching it really helps alot im hoping to max out at 190 next week ! Just gonna rest up this week !
