Due to an injury I can't do any cardio or weights but still want to get abs as quickly as possible. How do I manipulate diet to do that?
And please no one say "Just consume less calories than you burn" because without exercise that just makes your metabolism slow down to 0.001mph and you don't get anywhere.

Okay, so you can't eat less (because we can't tell you that, when that's the answer), and you can't exercise, because of injury.
That leaves---liposuction, amputation or illegal thermogenics.

After my hernia operation, I didn't lift for 3 months. I lost over 20 pounds simply using a calorie deficit without any exercise.
Calorie deficit works. Its the only thing that works. Your metabolism will slow but not significantly enough to stop you from losing weight.
Calorie deficit loses weight. Cardio increases the number of calories burned. Weight lifting minimizes lean body mass loss.
