Hi,
just by curiosity, i would like to know what muscles train this specific move (i draw it)
http : // i.imgur . com / DujTi . jpg (dont have enough post to post links, remove the spaces please)
I was thinking about it while doint my dips...
It's somewhat like an inverted shrug.
Does this exercice even exist? Is it any good?

I usually see it called a reverse shrug. "Inverted" is a term you shouldn't use because it usually implies you're hanging upside down. That would be like the bodyweight version of a barbell shrug you can do using your own weight. You can see that one here: http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...rtedShrug.html
I don't know if there's really any popular term for it. I think I've also herd it called a pec minor dip. You could also call it scapular depressions (whereas the normal shrug would be scapular elevation).
Besides pec minor, you would also work the lats, lower pecs, lower traps and probably some other stuff I'm overlooking.
Unfortunately I can't locate a page for this exercise on ExRx at the moment. But you can see the action illustrated to the right of 'Depression' here: http://www.exrx.net/Articulations/Sc...ml#anchor71475 you can see him doing it on an assisted dip machine, which would be a good way for weaker people to work up to doing this with their entire weight and moving on to added weight like one might do with dips. ExRx jedi-blocks me when I try to embed images on BB.com so here is direct link: http://www.exrx.net/AnimatedEx/Pecto...Depression.gif
