Lately I'm starting to see some plateau in my lifts and weight. I just started Kris Gethin's 12 Week Hardcore program today. For anyone who's done the program, what kind of gains did you get? Also just trying to get some advice on what areas I need to work on aesthetically. Current BW is 165lbs, 5' 7" and BF is probably anywhere from 12%-15% (i really have no clue haha). Your back needs work, middle part of it esp. Wide grip pullups, wide grip barbell rows etc. Everything else looks fine! Good work!
Could you post a link to the routine? If you been training for long time straight take a week or two off to rest your CNS. That's an option...Shoulder rehab! :(
Started at 110lbs, now at 130, going for 155lbs!!!
