Yeah, I know....I eat a lot of chicken and I eat six times a day...
Now, I do it because I like eating, and feeling satiated the whole day. Also, I freaking like Chicken.
That being said, I wiped out three of my six meals on sunday, and drank some protein and downed a whole pint of pumpkin cheesecake ben and jerry's, because thanks to all you IIFYM jerks(notsrs), Notasinglef*ckwasgiven. LOL.
Thanks for being informative guys, nice to take the foods and shake them up a little every once in a while, whilst still cutting bodyfat.

1) You think I do this everyday? Actually, when I think about it, the last time I had a whole box of mac n cheese was probably 7 years ago.
2) You think Velveeta is any worse that the regular kraft's mac n cheese?
3) I can think of several dozen dining options that are less healthy. (inb4synthetic).
4) I'm hungry man. Especially for some mac n cheese.

A whole box of mac n cheese + steamed broccoli + a chicken breast or two = win.
Speaking of which, I think it will also = tomorrow's dinner...Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.
67 lbs in 9 years and still counting... (started at 100lbs)

I like chicken and brocolli and did before i lifted. Although i prefer white to brown rice.
I've gone from a mix of IF and IIFYM, to mix of bro style eating with calorie cycling and actually getting better results cutting. Personally I think diets are like training routines, you need to swap after a while, but not too soon as not to maximise a particular scheme. For sanity rather than saiety.
the sig says it all (badly formatted though ).Saying Zyzz inspired you to lift is like saying Justin Bieber inspired you to sing
