For the last week, when doing any lifting exercises with my arms, my right bicep has started to go numb after a few reps.
There's no pain or any issues when I'm not lifting weights, but usually in my 2nd/3rd set of any move that uses my arms, I can feel the strength in my right arm literally 'disappear' (specifically from the bicep). I'm right-handed, so if anything, I imagine I should be failing with my left arm?
As I say, there's no pain involved, it is not affecting my fingers/hands in any way that I can see and has literally started in the last week. Has anyone else experienced this?

Numb Arm/Dead Bicep
if in doubt - just fling a long word in. Blind the bastard with science.

Okay, it could be one of two things.
A few years ago, I think I pulled or tore something in my left pectoral. There wasn't any pain, but I noticed a significant decrease in strength. I went from bench pressing over 225lbs to barely being able to do 30 push ups. So, it may just be a strained or pulled muscle.
It took 1-2 months for my pectoral to heal itself.
Or, it could be a pinched nerve somewhere. I am currently dealing with a pinched nerve that I got from doing squats. It runs down from my neck (which is starting to feel a lot better) and runs down into my left arm (which still hurts). The pinched nerve has somehow decreased almost all muscle strength in my left arm by, at least, 75%. My left forearm, for example, is almost completely useless, making it so I can barely hold anything with my left hand.
Hope this helps.
