    I love EC stack!!

Before I hear it, avi is way old and I have pics before I started cutting in some previous threads. I dirty bulked up to 168 and gained a lot of fat. Decided that I would rather work to being aesthestic rather than bulking and cutting. Going to do lean mass from now on and I learned my lesson. Ok so anyway my review on EC

    Pros: cheap
    Appetite suppressing
    Gives me a nice boost
    It works!
Keeps my body from being hungry all day
    Cons: none

Yep so i know a lot of people have written this, but I wanted to confirm that EC stack is the ish. I'm down 16 pounds in the last 3 months with 8-10 being after EC. My favorite part is appetite supressing. In college it was hard as first to be thinking about eating all day in class. 10/10 on the stack. I am now at 152 and feel and look the best I ever have.

Yeah I count my calories I weigh everything out and stayed at 500 under. And to the guys above I use to be 220 at 40% body fat and I cut at extremely low calories losing a lot of muscle. This is one of the causes of me weighing so little but I have gained some muscle back. I also like that lean look

it's like... small manlet leanness. not something to be fond of. at your size you should be focusing on clean bulking, not trying to fit in XS shirts (unless you're a girl).
