just jay training shoulders in a quick 2 1/2 minute clip explaining each exercise real quick, then the last 15 seconds gives a sneak peek of his left quad and lifts his shirt to show his abs and partial chest...idk how to convert this to youtube, if someone is able to though that'd be cool

If he peaks then I guess it's in the bag as far as the judges are concerned. It's peaking for the show he has had trouble with in the past though so only time will tell.
