I would like your reviews on the topic of endurance. Yes we know it delivers a fantastic pump, but i'm interested in your thoughts on the endurance qualities. What did/do you dose it at and how did it help your workouts?
Reps shall be delivered.

I've been using SNS agmatine, 4 caps in am preworkout, for about 8 weeks now. Usually heavy squats and deads really take it out of me, almost to the point I'm exhausted to do much else afterwards. I've noticed the last few weeks I've recovered faster between sets and also still have enough energy to finish the rest of my lifts. Is this because of the agmatine? I don't know for sure but I have not changed too much diet or routine wise.
Current Supps:
DS Craze
Allmax Creatine
iForce Hemavol

Agmatine I must say is one of the best products Ive used besides gear. Being 100% honest here, I usually does it 2 am and 2 pre workout, but most can do 4 pre workout. The pumps are amazing, which everyone knows.... but I feel like it has a overall effect on the body once it hits the system. It gives me a high like feel??? Feels good tho. Every since gear, ive always had a much better mind to muscle connecton.

i dosed it 2 different ways. half the bottle i took as directed, dose when woke up then dose an hour before workout. i then dosed a full gram 1 hr prior to workout and felt this was better. the pumps were more drastic. as far as endurance, cardio wise didn't really notice much but as for lifting i was able to get a few extra reps most of the time....not every workout so not sure how much of it was the agmatine. hope this helps

My wallet hates you guys. Just dropped $20 + shipping on Agmatine. Was waiting to see if an MT rep would hook me up with a sample of NanoStim before spending on Agmatine, but none of the reps got back to me, so here we go.
Does anyone know if Agmatine provide the same cognative benefits as Arginine?IsraeliKrav.com

I'm talking about benefits for cognative function, not pumps or lifting related. Arginine (as well as lysine) has been shown to keep people "calmer" during public speaking events, like teaching a large class. It has been shown to reduce anxiety.
Does Agmatine yeild these same benefits, or no?IsraeliKrav.com

http://www.livestrong.com/article/49...inine-anxiety/ <- This (along with other articles I've read) was disproven then? (seriously asking, not being a smart-ass)
Taking Arginine before teaching has helped a lot with keeping me "calmer" and "smoother" during the class. I noticed this before reading up on the role it can play with cognative function, so I'm not sure it's placebo. It may affect me differently though, due to fibromylagia, so that could be a reason too.
Yes. Serious. I'm assuming you were unaware that Arginine claims other benefits besides (the disproven) N.O. production...?Last edited by Spork3245; 09-05-2011 at 06:37 PM.

From what I know, too much glutamate in the brain can lead to neurotoxicity. In order for electrical signals to pass between neurons in the brain and the spinal column, glutamate must bind to the NMDA receptor with the presence of glycine so that it can remain open.
Since Agmatine is an NMDA receptor antagonist, it plays a regulatory role by inhibiting the receptor from the increased glutamate release and prevents neurotoxicity induced by glutamate. The eye sees a thing more clearly in dreams than the imagination awake.
