Maybe around 11-12. You can either cut or bulk at this point neither would be a mistake.

    11-12%

I wouldn't cut too much longer if I were you. Getting down to 8% bodyfat this time around won't be worth the hassle. As soon as your "summer" and swimsuit season is over I'd start a good clean bulk and focus on putting on some mass (aim for about 1-2lbs a month). Next cutting cycle you might have enough mass to get down to 8-9% with less difficulty - and look better once you get there.

Bench press: destroy that chest man.

thanks buds, a bit lower than I thought, I still got 1 month of summer till fall semester starts, so I think I ll keep cutting till I reach my goal of 8-10%, that way I ll be more motivated to bulk and look decent in the gym with a pump.

appreciate the opinion man as always.

I know I need to hit my chest HARD, and I do. My dad has a genetically sunken chest, so did I back in mid / high school, I think that might be part of the problem. I feel my chest pumping greatly when I workout them out, it's just that they don't response to growth as well as my stronger muscles such as back, shoulders, triceps and hamstrings. In terms of strength, my 1RM are: 200 deadlift, 170 bench press, 170 squat, all with strict form, so my chest is not weak, it just lacks mass.
