I am in process of eliminating sugar from my diet (with the exception of fruit) and the only thing that remains is whey powder which has some sweeteners in it.
Is there any GOOD, natural tasting protein powder without sweeteners, etc?
What would happen if I replace whey with chicken breast and eat it right after working out?

Quit using sugar. Any post-workout whey alternatives?

Cutting out sugar is one thing. Eliminating protein powder b/c it contains trace amounts of sugar is another. In my opinion, cutting out sugars from everything except protein powder will be perfectly fine for you. You don't need to get that deep into it. All flavored proteins will have at least 1g sugar in it. How much does your current protein have?
As for your question, whole food will obviously take longer to digest compared to whey, but you can do either or and still experience great results.Best Meet Lifts:

I'm limiting fake sugars instead of eliminating them and I'm using ON Natural whey/casein. It's EXPENSIVE but thus far the only ones with ingredients that i'm okay with. I'm eating fruit and sweetening everything else with unpasteurized/unfiltered honey. It's hard to keep the calories down but I'm managing.
