    Does milk thicken the skin?

So i heard from someone in the gym that drinking milk causes you to hold water under your skin leading to thicker skin...so it would be bad for vascularity etc. Is this just bro science..cause i ran out of protien shakes and that semi skimmed milk in my fridge is lookin pretty tasty right abou now..

Your creatine or canned foods are more likely due to sodium.
