Any suggestions on how many to take in a day? I know to take at least two before my workout, should intake any after? The directions on the bottle are unclear. With my old bcaas I took it before and after my workouts.

If anyone is using BCAAA pills, they need to get their head checked because you are paying a premium for the privilege of them mixing the bcaas with an excipient and encapsulating them for you. 8-10 at a time at a minimum. Won't be of much if any benefit at all unless you train fasted or do not consume enough protein.

Eat food, before and after workout. Whey works too. Problem solved.

take as many as you can swallow. basically doesnt matter.
bcaa's are quite dumb a supplement but i use them so im a hypocrite lol. theyre not special in anyway, i just train fasted and i prefer drinking something 'fruity' as suppose to sumting milky like a shake before/during my workout. also mixes better with pre workouts as theyre usually 'fruity' flavors. i take 10g BCAA's mixed with wtever preworkout im using on empty
