    How fuk do some of you spend 1 hour lifting?

    Do you have like 2 minute pauses between sets? How many different exercises you do on average?

    I am talking time spent actually lifting, no showering/locker room/chatting

    lift with friends so its kinda just like chilling with friends and time flys easily hit 2-3hours

    also u must have never deadlifted close to max before, my 4-6 sets of deadlifts take easily 40mins

    i workout in my garage so i have to finish within an hour or im probably gonna have heat stroke. i do about 2 or 3 warmup sets and about 2 working sets for every exercise and i normally do about 4-6 exercises.

    Im not sure how its possible to spend 2 hours lifting... thats like around 2k cals burned, you would have to be taking in over 5k calories just to maintain your size.. let alone increase it?

    you get used to it to be honest. i actually prefer working out when its brutally hot now as long as i make sure im not doing any heavy compounds after the 30 minute mark lol.

    routine is: squats, deadlifts, bench, bent-over rows, shoulder press, curls, calf raises. i normally do some isolated lifting after that too. about 2.5 hours of lifting. then cardio after that. i can spend hours in the gym.
