Gaspari MItotrpin tabs cracked, smells and soft...should i return it??

hi i just picked up mitotropin and when i opened it i felt like puking and then found few tabs cracked (check the pic)
the tabs were also kind of soft not like other tabs like anavite.

is it safe or should i try to return it????

They were exposed to moisture. Did you buy them new and was the bottle sealed or was it previously opened? If it was new and not expired, take them back to where you bought them for a replacement or refund. If you bought them used or if they have been open for a while, see if where you bought them might take them back, but your chances are better if you bought them new.

Picked it up in India.Not sure If that shop will take it back.
spoke to him sometime back he said not to worry and to have it & that the chemical composition would not change as long as it has not passed its exp ( exp is in 2012)...but he hadn't seen a pic!
sent him a mail waiting for his reply..if he is not willing to take it back, what do i do??
