It's been a while now. But back when i bought the Orange Box, i already had Half Life 2, so in my steam games it showed that i could gift the extra copy of HL2 to someone else, which i did.

Not all at the same time if you don't want too, you donwload them individually.

Right now it would be slow as all hell since everyone is doing it but at slow times you can download 8gb games in couple hours.
