    Question about IF

I was reading the Lean Gain's website and thinking about trying it out. I just had a quick question about the diet. Am I right in assuming that everything is the same as a normal nutrition plan. Calculate your total calories and proper macros and then divide that up over the 2 or 3 post workout meals? I work out in the mornings so I guess I would be following the program I found on his site. I adjusted the times based on my schedule.

    8 AM: 5-15 minutes pre-workout: 10 g BCAA.
    8-9:30 AM: Training.
    9:30 AM: 10 g BCAA.
    11 AM: 10 g BCAA
1 PM: Meal 50% of calories
5 PM: Meal 25% of calories
9 PM: Meal 25% of calories

I also saw something about carb/fat cycling (high carb/low fat one day, high fat/low carb the next) but didnt see any details on it. Thx for any input.

Plan looks good. Can have as many meals as you like during your 8 hour feeding window.

I really wouldnt worry about cycling carbs/fats. If cutting just do a straight deficit and bulking do a straight surplus. Keep macros consistent. Money.

There isn't anything else to it. Eat high carbs after a workout. Eat low carbs on off days. Don't knitpick, just do it.

Or, as above, keep macros consistent. Realize the context of the carb cycling and that its not for everyone. Martin's goal (as I see it) is to make lean gains with as little thought as possible.
