    Exclamation Lookin' for lean mass GAINS?

    Guys I have been searching for the best way to seek gains - specifically lean mass gains, and I wanted to have your take on some good supplements to take in order to see these gains. I am making sure I get all my macros and micros throughout the day, but it doesnt seem to be doing the job. I am taking 1MR and protein. What do you suggest for the best gains? Talkin about lean mass gains.

    lean gain macros the work best for me are 40-40-20...

    lean gains is a tricky thing... play with your calories to find your own sweet spot... theres no standard answer. i know if is popular as well. check out leangains.com

    40-40-20 eh. Great i'll give it a shot. I've researched the leangains but its difficult because of the fasting involved. I'll play with the macros and micros and see how it goes. Have you found any good supps for the LEAN mass gains, or even GAINS at all?
