Arnolds Six Rules of Success
1. Trust yourself.
2. Break the rules.
3. Don't be afraid to fail.
4. Don't listen to the naysayers.
5. Work your butt off.
6. It's about giving back.

"I'm pretty sure there's a lot more to life than being really, really, ridiculously good looking. And I plan on finding out what that is."

My first routine:
Monday - Arms
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday - Back
Friday - Legs
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Arms
Monday - Chest
And so on.If you spend all of your time thinking about what could have been, much more than what is, you eventually realize that what is could have been much more.

Never had a routine to start with, did like 5 machines over and over again for a month or so, then added bicep curls haha. Went to a shtty gym, was more of a fitness suite (ie, 6 machines, DBs up to 20kg, one bench and a few treadmills) so never really learned from anyone else's routine.
Then did some reading online and did some split, saw good gains for a bit then they slowed down. Still missed out a couple of bodyparts completely.
Then joined a good gym and started doing a really good split.
Yep, fo sho I was a right gym idiot. Wasn't that bad for the environment I was in tho.
