"You can map out a fight plan or a life plan, but when the action starts, it may not go the way you planned, and you're down to your reflexes - that means your preparation. That's where your roadwork shows. If you cheated on that in the dark of the morning, well, you're going to get found out now, under the bright lights." — Joe Frazier

Besides that, that big back bridge that powerlifters use on the flat bench press probably works lower pecs too.
Also I'm going to throw out controversial suggest: I bet pull ups and pullovers also hit lower chest a bit, though prob not as much as the aforementioned stuff others have thrown out there.
You can also do decline flies, keep in mind.

I think it's better to say it's about progressive discussion of all issues. We can still progress on old issues if we add new things.
I get irked seeing new threads on old issues with existing threads though, yeah. Ideally, I'd like to see old threads about those issues bumped with feedback by posters showing that they've read at least some of the preceding conversations. That way there are fewer threads, and bumping an old thread seems more likely to be progressive even if the issue is old. That's why I'm so happy when people link to old threads and lock new ones about them
