Into 3rd week of overtraining, terrible.

Am currently into 3rd week of overtrained state.
    Feeling really terrible. Can't do pull-ups ( usually does 7-9 per set),can't even lift a 3kg dumbbell
    Pure loss of strength.
Are there any ways to recover really quickly from the loss of strength ?
I am currently in a school's sport team and my training is twice weekly.
I dont want to be like a arm-crippled during training and only being able to jog.
Other than giving it time, are there any solutions to speed up the recovery from this loss of strength ?

Ok assuming you're not a troll... You haven't really given us much information. We can't really help you if we don't know what your volume/intensity/frequency of lifting is, how much sleep you are getting in, or how much you are eating.

I would assume (that if something is indeed wrong) that under-recovery is to blame as opposed to overtraining.

Not sure if SRS about the 3kg DB, but don't do any physical activity this week (maybe walking outdoors) and double your food intake/sleep.

I'm very serious, my left hand has always been lagging behind my right hand. However my right arm can handle 3kg but not 5kg. it's a drastic change. I can't even do runs and skipping ? Please advise.

Where the **** are the squats? And you need to eat more. Start keeping track of cals. Ditch the sit ups and do weighted sit ups. Heavy weight low reps for abs, high reps for abs is a myth.
Can we have your height and weight? Something's not right here if you can't curl 3kg.

I keep forgetting to add squats into my training. I will. thanks.
    I am 1.68m weighing 58kg.
    I can usually curl 8kg. that's about 80% intensity.
But the loss of strength was really sudden.

    Pure loss of strength.
Are there any ways to recover really quickly from the loss of strength ?
I am currently in a school's sport team and my training is twice weekly.
I dont want to be like a arm-crippled during training and only being able to jog.
Other than giving it time, are there any solutions to speed up the recovery from this loss of strength ?
buy glutamine, helps recovery time, is completely natural and helps prevent overtraining.

Well judging by your weekly volume, I WOULDN'T think that you are overtraining. You are only 58 kilos so my best guess is that you are simply not eating enough, and that the "overtraining" is simply mental.
